📖 Ecclesiastes 7:8 (KJV)
“Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.”
🔑 INTRODUCTION
Many people start well, but only a few finish strong. God’s desire is not only that we begin in faith, but that we end in victory, strength, and fulfillment. The Bible teaches that the end matters to God, and He supplies grace for completion.
🧱 1. GOD IS A FINISHER
God does not abandon what He begins.
📖 Philippians 1:6
“He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”
📖 Isaiah 46:11
“…I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.”
🔍 Truth: If God started it, He is committed to finishing it.
🏃 2. FINISHING STRONG REQUIRES ENDURANCE
Spiritual strength is tested at the end, not the beginning.
📖 Hebrews 12:11
“Let us run with patience the race that is set before us.”
📖 Galatians 6:9
“Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
🔍 Truth: Weariness is a sign you are close to harvest—don’t quit now.
🔥 3. GOD RELEASES END-TIME STRENGTH
God gives special grace for the finishing phase.

“He giveth power to the faint… they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength.”
📖 2 Corinthians 12:9
“My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.”
🔍 Truth: When human strength ends, divine strength takes over.
🏆 4. THE END IS CROWNED WITH GLORY
God reserves reward and honor for those who finish well.

“The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former.”

“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course… henceforth there is laid up for me a crown.”
🔍 Truth: The end is not collapse—it is coronation.
🔐 5. DECLARE YOUR FINISH BY FAITH
Faith speaks strength into the soul and victory into the future.

“With the heart man believeth… and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
🔥 PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will not be tired at the finish line.
I will end this year strong, fulfilled, and victorious.
What God started in my life, He will complete.
I finish strong by the power of God. Amen.
